How can we answer 15 - 10 = ?
Xavier was quick to say that the answer would be 5. He said he knew that because 10 + 5 = 15, so 15 – 10 would = 5. He said he also knew that 10 + 10 = 20, and the 10 is already there so the answer would be 5. He then double checked and showed the rest of the group with the materials. Look at the pattern that he saw!
